I enjoy using my e reader sometimes but...I love physical books!! I mean I'm obsessed with having books.I have to be able to hold them and own them...they are mine :) It makes me sad that there won't be as many prints out of smaller genres because I have found some of my best authors/books like that. I think that it won't take away publishing totally but it is making a big impact. Where's the magic in writing the books and getting them out there? Going to the book store is like an adventure when you have a book coming out that you've been waiting for..it just isn't the same being able to click a button and then you get your book. Don't get me wrong I'm all for instant gratification but I think it takes the magic out of it.. Also, I read about Amanda Hocking, the 26-year-old poster girl for self-publishing. She got a book contract with St. Martin’s Press...2 million dollar deal! I mean come on it's crazy. Oh, Also I like to smell old books..I'm creepy like that ;)
